Honda Philippines, Inc. unveiled last Saturday (November 23) the 2020 Supra GTR150, which will go against the Yamaha Sniper150, and Suzuki Raider 150 Fi.
“The all-new Honda Supra GTR 150 will give customers a more aggressive look in tougher style at the right price. Designed to ensure that it fits with the Filipino lifestyle, this new model delivers, speed, comfort, and Honda’s top-notch technology and design, making every ride a thrilling experience,” said Honda Philippines President, Susumu Mituishi.
The 2020 Honda Supra GTR150 is equipped with a 6-speed DOHC, 4-valve liquid-cooled engine, capable of producing 16 hp at 9000 rpm, and 10 lb-ft of torque at 6500 rpm, making it as the brand’s most powerful underbone model to date. It can reach a top speed of 110 km/h, and has a recorded fuel efficiency of 42 km/L. Its 4.5-liter fuel tank can go as far as 189 kilometers.
Other highlighted features of the Supra GTR150 are the all-LED headlights, full-digital meter panel display, alloy wheels, and sporty exhaust pipe. It is built on a twin-tube steel frame and has a seat height of 780mm, and its telescopic forks measure 31mm in diameter.
The Supra GTR150’s braking system measures 256mm diameter in front, and 220mm diameter in the rear to provide better braking performance and safety on the road.
The 2020 Honda Supra GTR150 will be available starting next month (December 2019) at a suggested retail price of Php 102,900 and will be offered in two colors: the Valiant Red and Black.
