It’s AC Motors’ turn to help Taal Volcano calamity victims

As relief efforts continue to help the Taal Volcano erruption victims, companies and distributors such as AC Motors, the automotive and motorcycle arm of Ayala-owned AC Industrials pitch in by not only donating relief goods but 10 brand new Kia 2500 Kargo and Karga utility vans as well.

The donation, which was made together with Ayala Foundation, is meant to help the more than half a million victims of the Taal Volcano eruption last January 12, 2020. The vehicles were driven to the Batangas City Capitol by members of the media who volunteered to tag along and distribute relief goods, along with 20 other vehicles from different AC Motors brands.

Other vehicles from Honda, Kia, Maxus, Isuzu, and Volkswagen brought AC Motors and motoring media volunteers and a load of relief goods to Batangas City. Here, the said goods were distributed at six evacuation centers where hundreds of displaced calamity victims stay after the devastating effects of Taal Volcano’s eruption.

The said donation was AC Motors’ way of helping out the calamity-stricken victims. With efforts such as these, it won’t be long before the victims will be back on their feet.
