As the country continues to battle the dreaded COVID-19 virus, companies like Nissan in the Philippines likewise continue to help those that are in the thick of the fight—the frontliners. The Japanese car company recently donated meals to the staff of the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine in Muntinlupa City.
Together with the Nissan Urvan Pilipinas, a club that is composed of owners of the popular van, Nissan distributed the meals to the staff of the facility. This is its way of showing its support for their efforts and ensuring that they too are cared for.
Nissan has undertaken similar efforts over the past few months. These involved dealerships helping donate goods and other care packages for frontliners. With all these, Nissan hopes that we will soon win against this devastating disease.
