Earlier this week, San Miguel Corporation announced that it would close the 18km stretch of the newly soft opened Skyway 3 during the nights of January 6 and 7, 2021 to allow workers to place the finishing touches before the January 14 opening.echo adrotate_group(19);
SMC, however, wants to ensure that operations go smoothly once Skyway 3 is officially opened to the public. This is why it is extending the nighttime closures from January 8 through the 13th. These will still be implemented from 10pm to 4am.
These closures will allow workers to put in place all street lights and other roadwork that need to be completed. This will ensure motorists’ safety and remove all hassles that may arise from incomplete construction.echo adrotate_group(2);
With this, SMC is confident that Skyway 3 will truly be a stress free way to get from North to South of Metro Manila and vice-versa, as well as decongest traffic especially along busy EDSA.
