The bolder, track-tuned 2021 Lexus IS is now in the Phlippines

Ever since it was unveiled back in 1998, the Lexus IS has remained one of the esteemed rear-wheel drive sports sedans in this crossover-crazy world. The Japanese luxury carmaker continues with this tradition as it debuts the 2021 Lexus IS in the Philippines.

Now on its fourth generation, the new IS features looks that are more striking than the model it replaces. You can see this in the sleeker LED headlights, more pronounced C-pillar and window kink, and equally muscular shoulder line running from front to rear. This is finished off by a new set of taillights and 19-inch wheels wrapped in 235/40R19 front and 265/35R19 rear tires for the F Sport model. (the 300h Premier gets 235/40R19s all around).

Once you step inside, you will be greeted by the trademark luxurious yet functional Lexus interior. The horizontal dash layout is highlighted by an analog clock, along with a 10-inch infotainment display (8-inch unit for the 300h). Controlled by either touch or Touchpad on the front center console, the infotainment system boasts of a 10-speaker audio setup with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Clients can chose from different interior colors that suit their style. Either way, they get 8-way power adjustable front seats with ventilation, driver’s seat with memory, as well as a meter cluster inspired by the iconic LF-A supercar (on the IS 350 F Sport)
