If you’ve been following the automotive beat lately, you’ll notice that there’s a new segment emerging in the SUV and crossover space. We refer to the mini-compact crossover with the likes of the Yaris Cross, Kia Sonet, and Stonic; among others. Nissan seems to want to play in the arena as it launches the new Magnite.
Aimed at emerging markets, the little crossover is less than 4m long yet sits 205mm off the ground and packs a plethora of tech features that may put some bigger offerings to shame. Goodies like LED headlights, wireless charging, a JBL sound system, 7-inch instrument cluster and 8-inch infotainment touchscreen, and even wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto will be on offer.
