Compact Sport Utility Vehicles are considered a dime a dozen these days. Every carmaker practically has one in its lineup, making consumers spoiled for choice. Yet Ford Philippines thinks there is room for one more. And it says the Territory is set to redefine the segment.
The newest SUV in the Ford family will be equipped with goodies such as 360-degree camera, Adaptive Cruise Control, leather powered and ventilated seats, Active Park Assist with parallel and perpendicular functions, and 10-inch infotainment touchscreen with multi-view function and wireless charging.
Measuring 4.6m long, 1.9m wide, 1.7m tall, the Territory should provide a spacious cabin for 5 occupants and their gear while being easy to maneuver in tight urban quarters. Ford will even throw in a panoramic moonroof to brighten up the mood inside.
The Ford Territory will be powered by a 1.5-liter EcoBoost-equipped engine that promises potent punch while still being fuel efficient. Moreover, Ford Philippines says that it will be much more cost efficient to maintain as it will only require servicing once a year.
The all-new Ford Territory will be unveiled next month in Titanium and Trend variants. Stay tuned to this space to find out more.
