Last March, Volvo Philippines rolled out its Volvo Concierge service. The online platform looks after its clients with tools and services that allow them to keep in touch with the Swedish brand even on their mobile device.

With the Enhanced Community Quarantine in place for a couple of months now, however, Volvo takes the Concierge to the next level by offering even more services that not only keep them in touch with Volvo but even allows them to purchase a new one from the comfort and safety of home.

Existing customers can inquire about sales and after-sales services using the Volvo Concierge. They can check out a new car or perform troubleshooting checks online.

Moreover, customers who wish to purchase a new Volvo can do so from the safety of home. They can transact and perform all the necessary car buying steps all in one place and have their new Volvo delivered right to their doorstep.

Of course, their new ride, along with the facility where it came from, will be properly disinfected. All these are in keeping with the stringent measures that ensure everyone’s health and safety.
